ACCUDIRE aims at supply chain interoperability and is part of intermodal transport processes. In fact, in addition to integrating with management, document and customs systems, the platform integrates with PCS (Port Community Systems).
ACCUDIRE is integrated with Sinfomar by Infoera, a software for maritime logistics that allows the management of boarding and disembarking of vehicles and goods entering and leaving the Port of Trieste. Specifically, it allows the unified management of port management systems, Ro-Ro (Roll on-Roll off)maritime traffic, security, port ordinances and notice of arrival of goods at the port in interoperability with AIDA and other reference platforms.
Integration with Sinformar
Thanks to the integration with Sinformar, ACCUDIRE allows exporting companies to manage autonomously the notice of arrival at the port.
As established in Ordinance no. 16 of 2021 issued by the Port System Authority of the Eastern Adriatic Sea Ports of Trieste and Monfalcone, from 31 October 2022 the notice of arrival of goods is mandatory for all full vehicles entering the Port of Trieste and provides for the automation of the visa to enter the port by the authority. The driver must arrive at the port with a “Notice of Arrival” or contact the reference shipper before arriving at the gates.
The notice of arrival at the port guarantees the company greater control and governance of the entire logistics, as well as traceability on timing and methods that involve the vehicle and therefore the goods from the entrance to the port area to its exit. Control over transit time in the port area is very important, especially if it is perishable goods.
